Its aroma is intense,sweet,spicy, woodsy and minty wintergreen-like smell. It can be used to create candy, gum and toothpaste flavourings as well as soap fragrances.

Blend well with eucalyptus, cedarwood, lavender, chamomile, frankincense, lemon and cajeput.

It can be a skin irritant.
