ThreeLac is a scientifically formulated intestinal pH regulator specifically designed to help control Candida (yeast) overgrowth in the body. It contains powerful probiotics (helpful bacteria) such as lactobacillus that conquer yeast. It is manufactured in Japan under strict government regulations. ThreeLac will help to drastically improve a person’s health.

Dosage recommendations:

Phase 1:
For the first 4 weeks or longer, take one packet a day prior to eating a meal. Let ThreeLac dissolve inside your mouth and then drink 6-8 oz of water to wash it down. Taking it with food is important and will help carry it into your gastrointestinal system.

Phase 2:
After the initial dosage phase, you can adjust your dosage to taking 2 packets a day, following the same intake directions in phase 1. Take this amount for 4 weeks or longer.

Phase 3:
After achieving Phase 2, you can slowly work-up to taking 3 packets a day by following the same intake directions in phase 1. Achieving the desired results may take a significant amount of time. It is important not to try to rush the process; 4-6 months may be necessary.

Maintenance Dosage:
Once you have achieved the desired results of controlling yeast, taking a maintenance dosage is recommended to keep Candida under control. Recommended maintenance dosage is 1 packet a day similar to phase1. If your symptoms start returning, simply begin working up through the phases once again. Your body will tell you when you have eliminated all of the yeast.

NOTE:
This product is very effective at eliminating yeast overgrowth. As ThreeLac begins working, toxins are released into the body. This may cause you to experience an overall feeling of malaise or experience flu-like symptoms such as: fatigue, constipation, upset stomach, and headache. The effects may be mild to severe depending on the amount of Candida in the body. It is important to work your way up through the dosage phases and go at your own pace. This can be accomplished over several months if necessary. You can reduce your dosage as needed if the die-off symptoms become too severe.
Important tips:
1. Do not eat any sugar while taking ThreeLac, it will cause the yeast to reproduce
2. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking ThreeLac
3. Take a fiber supplement and/or flax seed oil as needed for constipation
4. Do not take ThreeLac if you are taking antibiotics (including natural antibiotics) - These will kill the friendly bacteria in ThreeLac
5. Store ThreeLac at room temperature out of direct sunlight
