ReturnsIf not completely satisfied, all unopened products of un-natural or organic type may be returned within 30 days from the original shipping date for a refund of the purchase price. Products must be factory-sealed, and in their original saleable condition. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, call or email us; refunds for any reasonable reason will be considered.
Any changes, refunds or cancellations after an order has been placed will be subject to a minimum $10.00 processing fee per order.
Indicate the following information clearly on the shipping package:
Returns should be shipped with adequate shipping insurance at the expense of the customer. If products are not adequately insured and are damaged or lost during shipping, we cannot issue a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
NO RETURN POLICY: ON NATURAL OR ORGANIC PRODUCTS ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED FROM CARRIER. We can't guarantee purity once the products are in your hands and we can't resell them to anyone else. Thanks for your understanding.
Damage Claims: If a package is damaged on arrival, please report to USPS or and Genes All Natural Products immediately. Let the postman know if damage is apparent at time of delivery and make sure postman notes it on their delivery sheet. Please call if you have any questions. 541-688-3265
We reserve the right to ship USPS or UPS what ever is the most convenient way depending on the product.
Most retail products will ship priority mail unless they need to go ground because they can not ship by air. Any orders shipped under the (ORM-D) label and some products due to there size would have to be shipped UPS or USPS ground.
